Silk Wallhanging in Louise’s Distinctive Style
Inspired by The Celtic Tree of Life, this silk wall-hanging is painted in rich russett tones in Louise’s distinctive style.
Jenny’s Homeplace in County Armagh
Our friend Jenny commissioned Louise to paint her homeplace, where she was born and grew up in Whitecross, County Armagh. This artwork now has pride of place in her living room.
Every now and then Louise heads to the races with her father and this is a sttetched silk wallhanging in Louise’s unique style. It capture the energy of the horses, galloping on the beach to the finishing line.
The Children of Lir is a well loved story in Irish Myth and Legend. It is a much requested commission for Louise and a special favourite for her also.
The images in this gallery are some of my personal favourites by Louise. Some are previous works but if you see something you would like, do contact Louise at designsbylouise@eircom.net
